What is an RSS feed?
An RSS feed is a gadget you can use on a blog that has a link or a website on the side of you blog and it shows you the updates that happen on that blog or link everyday. It will continually be changing and it saves you a lot of time because you can just look at your list rather than having to go to a bunch of different sites that you like and filing through a bunch of information.

this is good - just understand that the gadget isn't the RSS feed - the gadget just knows how to get updated information from the feed. the Feed is what the website creates to let everyone know when there are updates and you use a gadget or a reader to get those updates.
